Here, this is the resource list that I will need for the documentary. Using this, I can confidentially say I am more organised and I can be expected to complete the documentary for the deadline date. In addition, I did this toe ensure I can be well-equipped for the days I need to record as this allows me to be able to get the equipment prepared thus meaning there will be less of a chance of any of the recording does not turning out due to disorganisation. In the industry, this would be vital for more organisation and then no money would be wasted if the crew were not told to be at a certain date so then the responsibility of the contingency plan being triggered would be because of the crew.

Here, this is the resource list that I will need for the documentary. Using this, I can confidentially say I am more organised and I can be expected to complete the documentary for the deadline date. Moreover, I did this to make sure I can be well-equipped for the days I need to record as this allows me to be able to get the equipment prepared thus meaning each recording session can take place with minimal complications involving the actors and crew. In the industry, this would be vital so then everyone knows their roles and not be confused.
Location Scouting
Overall, with considering my options, I decided it would be in my best interest to shoot at the studio in Sunderland College and Barnes Park due to both options being very accessible meaning I can be more flexible with times. As a back up option, I have decided to also take a day to shoot at one of my crew member's Nana's houses as they showed keen interest in helping create the documentary.
Weather Check
For the days I am planning to record (3rd-23rd) the weather is seemingly very promising as there doesn't seem to be much rain forecast for those days although some of the days wouldn't matter due to the fact I am going to be recording internal footage along with external footage. Using this, I can confidentially say I am more organised and I can be expected to complete the documentary for the deadline date. Moreover, I did this to make sure I can be well-equipped for the days I need to record as this allows me to be able to get the equipment prepared thus meaning each recording session can take place with minimal complications involving the weather. In the industry, this would be vital so then no money or time would be wasted.
Contracts
Here, these contracts are useful as they allow me to not have to worry as much about things going wrong during production as although things are bound to go wrong, I can rectify these issues easier and in a much timelier manner using these contracts. I did this to make sure I can be well-equipped for anything that could go wrong.
